We don’t charge to share gps files, routes and roads are free to ride. We have a section with our best/fav  recommended rides. Our recommended routes are a bunch of picks among our best rides we had over the years during our long cycling career but we know that each rider is built differently. Each of us come through a different fit each year or season: don’t be shy, just let us know how long or hilly you wanna ride and we will help you to design your perfect ride! Yes, you can pick up your bike rental from our designated pickup points or shop if you prefer in-person service.

You’ll need a valid ID or passport and a signed rental agreement. A security deposit may be required depending on the bike model.

Yes, we offer bike delivery and pick-up services to hotels, private addresses, airports, and other locations.

The delivery cost depends on the distance from our office to the requested location. Longer distances involve higher fuel costs and are calculated on a per-kilometer basis. We are available via whatsapp  or mail us!

Yes, we offer after-hours bike pick-up, including Sundays and public holidays.

We stock a full range of sizes (XS to XL) to fit all riders. When booking, you’ll be asked for your height and riding style to ensure the best match.

We offer a variety of pedals (Look, SPD, flat) or you can bring your own. Just let us know your preference during the booking process.

Each bike comes equipped with a saddle bag, spare tube, tire levers, mini pump, and 2 bottle cages. Helmets, pedals and GPS -devices mounts are available upon request.

Each bicycle rentals comes fully equipped with a repair kit, including:

• Spare inner tube
• Tire levers
• CO₂ canister or hand pump

Additional accessories can be added upon request.
In case of a mechanical issue, our assistance service will help you get back on the road or pick you up if needed at any time.
If the mechanical issue is caused by a fault on our side, we will fully cover the taxi or recovery cost.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring and we will be helping to install your own pedals, saddle, frame bags, or GPS mounts.
If you prefer not to travel with your equipment, we offer a wide range of rental accessories, including:

Our bicycles have drop as well as flat bars. We will support you in choosing the perfect solution for you.

Few key considerations about drop or flat bars when renting a bicycles from us:

• Drop Bars are ideal for Gravel and Road bikes, especially long distance tours when it involves speed: they reduces hand fatigue.
• Flat Bars are ideal for Hybrid and mountain bikes providing a confortable straight position on the bike, they are easy to access and perfect for flat surfaces and little slope level.

You can reserve your bike online through our website. Select your dates, location, and bike model, and follow the booking process. As for peak seasons we strongly recommend to book at least couple of month in advance . We can always assist you with the booking process via  whatsapp and mail us!

For last-minute changes, partial refunds or credit vouchers may be available depending on the situation.
